We offer free standard shipping on all orders that meet the minimum required amount, as stated in our homepage announcement.
No discount code is needed—free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
PetDelux orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), but processing times may vary depending on the order volume. During holidays, there might be slight delays, but we strive to complete your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is packaged, a third-party supplier will handle the shipping of your products.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping takes 3 to 14 business days and is available to the 48 contiguous states. For the non-contiguous states and territories, delivery times vary according to logistics. The non-contiguous states and territories are as follows: AK, AS, FM, GU, HI, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI, AA, AE.

Shipping & Subscription Address Policy
By using our Subscribe & Save service, you agree that all recurring orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address during your subscription, please contact our customer service team before the order is shipped, and we will assist you with the update.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address, offer compensation, or resend the package.
