RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. After confirming eligibility with customer service, you will need to use the provided USPS / UPS label sticker and assist in affixing it to the package for shipping through nearby USPS / UPS.

We offer a refund policy for our pet treats. To initiate a refund, please contact us at shopify.petdeluxus@gmail.com. Upon receiving your order, inspect the items, and if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately. We'll assess the issue and take necessary actions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 days via the original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.

If it has been more than 14 business days since we approved your return, contact us through our email. Rest assured, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. ย
